  • Combines fun physical fitness games led by enthusiastic instructors. These sessions focus on building strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health in a supportive playful environment.

  • DIABETES PREVENTION

    A program designed to prevent diabetes and decrease biometric markers of diabetes through life coaching, movement, and nutrition in those at risk for developing type 2 diabetes. The next cohort starts in March, but we are collecting names now.

    A 3-month program designed to promote healthy dietary habits and physical activity to reduce obesity in children ages 7-17

  • SUDT - Substance Use Disorder Treatment

    TWCH is proud to be launching our Integrative Community Recovery Program for Long-Term Recovery from Substance Use Disorder. This community-based program will combine mind-body medicine with integrative practices to address coexisting conditions such as pain and trauma to maximize the chances of successful long-term recovery.
