Recovery is possible—and it starts with connection.

The Integrative Recovery Community at Taos Whole Community Health provides a compassionate, holistic approach to long-term recovery. Designed for individuals in all stages of recovery, this program combines practical tools, healing practices, and supportive connection to help participants build a life of stability, health, and meaning. We focus on the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—using evidence-based and integrative methods that foster real, sustainable change.

Each week, participants attend a practical recovery group focused on real-life tools to support day-to-day wellness, a mind-body medicine group to build emotional resilience, and a one-on-one session with a trained recovery coach. Acupuncture is also available to support healing, reduce stress, and promote balance. This program is about more than just stopping substance use—it's about cultivating a fulfilling life rooted in connection, empowerment, and possibility.
